What began in 2022 as a neighborhood gathering of 120 is now a 350+ person celebration, run start to finish by volunteers who live here. Interest keeps outgrowing the room, so for now we’ve kept it a residents-first event — the reason it works is that everyone in the auditorium is a neighbor. 🪔 Pre-book and save — pre-booking costs less and helps us plan numbers.
Everyone pays by age band. Pre-book online (Zelle, CashApp or PayPal) for the lower rate, or register now and pay when you arrive at the higher at-door rate. Your total is calculated automatically when you register — no math needed.

Example — a family of four (2 adults, one 12-year-old, one toddler): $43 pre-booked or $55 at the door. Bringing elderly parents or visiting friends? Just add them as attendees.
Pick your method during registration; your exact amount is shown before you submit, and your QR event pass is emailed as soon as your transaction # is on file. Pay-at-the-door families are checked in by name and can switch to pre-booking any time before registration closes.
Put the email you registered with in the memo so we can match your payment.
Paid after registering? Use the personal link in your confirmation email to add your transaction # — your QR pass sends the moment it's in.
This event runs on volunteers — decorations, check-in, snack and dinner service, AV, choreography and more. Tell us where you can help when you register, and the volunteering committee will follow up with shift timings.
